Rooftop Solar

Rooftop solar is probably the best value and is the most common renewable solution, giving an impressive return on investment.
Our detailed time-of-use analysis of your electricity and other energy, enables us to calculate the right solution for optimum results (usually a hybrid system with battery storage).
Sizing the solution correctly is essential, so we calculate and specify the optimum solar/battery combination. We carefully choose panels, inverters, charge-controllers etc, to match with the potential grid-connection for maximum benefits.

Whether you are looking to add to your existing solar or starting from scratch, Zebra Energies expertise will help guide you through legislation and resulting opportunities from Ofgem and National Grid.
Batteries give you a massive opportunity to time shift cheap electricity (from your solar or off-peak night rates) and use it at peak demand times. In addition, you can benefit from trading in the wholesale arbitrage markets, not possible until recently.

- Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
With no capital outlay, the installation costs you nothing (as it is paid for by an outside funder) you then buy the electricity generated at a reduced rate (typically 11p - 15p per kWh)
